With formal training in piano, strings, and voice, Ruthie earned a vocal scholarship to Azusa Pacific University. She combined her love of music and stage with a Business Communication degree, and deepened her music industry knowledge at The Contemporary Music Center on Martha’s Vineyard, leading to success at Universal Music Group in LA. After moving to San Diego, neighbors overheard Ruthie sing and play piano, leading to requests for lessons. This sparked her passion for teaching music, sharing her expertise with budding musicians. Outside of music, Ruthie enjoys time with her sons Cooper and Beckett, cooking for her husband Charlie, and hosting game nights or block parties, all while caring for their dogs, Sarafina and Reese.

Her jazz improv is mesmerizing, making it hard to leave. Growing up playing in a family band, Yozelin continues to lead music on stage nearly every weekend. When she's not behind a piano, she's likely searching for a new coffee shop with an amazing chai.

We're honored to have one of San Diego's top 10 drummers, Dylan, at our studio! His talent and passion are matched by his ability to simplify tough concepts for students.

You can catch him gigging around Southern CA and working with amazing bands in the studio. In his free time, he's often crafting new drum fills or guitar riffs while binging Law & Order.

Ammy is a talented vocal and piano instructor who holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Music. With a deep passion for teaching, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her students.

Beyond her musical pursuits, Ammy enjoys discovering unique coffee shops, savoring the atmosphere and sampling new blends. She is also dedicated to fitness and spends her free time weightlifting, finding balance and strength through her workouts. Whether she’s immersed in music, sipping a perfect cup of coffee, or pushing herself at the gym, Ammy brings enthusiasm and dedication to everything she does.

Darryn Campbell has been playing guitar for 14 years, earning a Bachelor’s in Guitar Performance and a Master’s in Performance Psychology. He believes in enhancing art and life through mental skills training, focusing on upbeat and positive practice sessions. Raised by music-loving parents from the grunge era, Darryn grew up with constant music, leading him to excel in guitar. He earned a college scholarship and served as a guitarist and crew chief for California Baptist University, touring the U.S. and performing at high schools and churches. Beyond music, Darryn is a gamer, exercise and nutrition trainer, MMA enthusiast, and die-hard Raiders fan.
