HOW WE SUPPORT AND CELEBRATE MUSICAL GROWTH
Banding Up
All of our instructors teach from a carefully selected curriculum that incorporates our colorful Banding Up system, celebrating student progress as they master new musical skills and milestones. Inspired by martial arts, each level is marked by a different color. This approach encourages peer support and invites parents to join the journey with clear, goal-driven roadmaps.
Rising Stars
Rising Stars is our audition-based performance band, giving dedicated musicians the opportunity to rehearse with peers and shine at local events. This program expands community performance opportunities, supports our Freedom Through Music Scholarship and helps us bring our mission of Share Music, Share Joy to life. We believe that all students should have access to participate and experience the arts and that even when times are tough, music should not be sacrificed.
Side Stage
We have just recently expanded to add more space for lessons as well as a future performance space. The Music Speaks Studio Side Stage will be used to give musicians real-life practice on stage with a small audience. Home to our First Fridays : Sip & Strum events, this space will also be used for Open Mic, Karaoke, Music & Movement, and other arts enrichment opportunities for our local community.
